- 1971: Elected to the Sarran (Corrèze) Municipal Council
- 1977: Deputy to the Mayor of Sarran
- 1978: Founder and President of the Assocation for the Promotion of the Arts
- 1978: Founder and President of the Festival of Sacred Art
- 1979: Elected to the Corrèze General Council (first woman to occupy a seat in this Departmental Assembly). Re-elected in the first round 8 March 1992
- 1990: Founder and President of the Association "Le Pont Neuf" to encourage youth exchanges between Eastern European countries and France
- 1991: President of the New International Festival of Dance
- 1994: President of the Association Fondation-Hôpitaux de Paris
